Fleet Management Facility
Fleet Management incorporates all the services associated with Fully Maintained Leases, however, rather than a fixed monthly cost all vehicle running costs are authorised and recharged on a monthly basis. Fleet Management is ideal for organisations that may not fund their purchase of the fleet but require full outsourcing of the purchase, disposal and subsequent management over the vehicles life.
Fleet Management enables Summit to provide administration and management support for the total fleet. In the case of some vehicles, it may not be appropriate to lease a particular vehicle due to its high kilometres or operating conditions, however, placing it under fleet management means it is not excluded from the total facility.
Under the Fleet Management the following services are provided:
Fleet Analysis
Sourcing and Delivery nationally to location of choice
Funding of the purchase if required
Authorisation and payment of all mechanical services
Payment and processing of re registrations
Authorisation and payment of all tyre replacements
Summit 24 hour Emergency and Roadside Assistance
Accident Management
Ordering of Fuel Cards including payment of monthly fuel
Reporting including:
- Overdue Maintenance
- Projected Kilometres
- Inventory Summary
- Fleet Cost Summary
- Terminations (vehicles due for replacement)
- Vehicle Disposal
